Should I take the promotion with longer hours and less vacation?

Don’t take the promotion as offered. You want the money enough to accept an unfair trade.

The raise is the only reason you want it, but you have not worked out whether it pays for the extra hours. You are treating lost vacation as hypothetical while avoiding the comparison that could show the deal is unfair.
